Challenge – Week 6

Wow – Can you believe it, 6 weeks strong with Keto.

This week was a slow week on weight loss, but that may have been due to the fact that we got 3 full exercise days of about 35-40 minutes in the pool.

I’m really glad and thankful for the people who have come into the stream and noticed the changes I’ve made and have commented on the results thus far.

Special thanks to ChargedNeuron for his support (click his name to check out his stream) and indeed his desire to follow in my footsteps – making a change for the better.  Thank You!

And now for the measurements:

1 Sept 2018:   Weight:  248.4lbs    Waist:   48.25″    Neck:  17.25″

Total to date:    Weight:  -25.8lbs    Waist:  -3″    Neck:  -1.5″

I mean – 6 weeks and all that change – it is soooo addicting to continue this lifestyle.

I am starting to feel like I can do more when it comes to managing my RL, work, streaming, etc.  Though sleep and my other health issues remain troublesome (and they always will unfortunately), personally I feel better than I have in a number of years.

We did have a slow food week but here are the highlights.

Sat 25 Aug
Breakfast:  Two servings of Keto proof coffee.  Dinner:  Some leftover Low Carb Crock Pot Chicken Enchilada Soup (on of my favorites)

Sun 26 Aug

Breakfast:  Two servings of Keto proof coffee.  Dinner:  Keto Chicken Cordon Bleu w/ Red Pepper Spinach Salad.  The Cordon Bleu was amazing and is in my list of favorite dishes.

Mon 27 Aug

Breakfast:  Two servings of Keto proof coffee.  Dinner:  Leftover Keto Chicken Cordon Bleu w/ Red Pepper Spinach Salad.  Dessert:  Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge.  This fudge was a pain to make, because you have to ensure that when you mix it – everything is super smooth.  Otherwise it is a great single serving snack that can get you through any hunger pangs or simply use as a boost for your macros.

Tue 28 Aug

Breakfast:  Two servings of Keto proof coffee.  Dinner:  Crispy Curry Rubbed Chicken Thighs w/ Red Pepper Spinach Salad.  This chicken is another one of my favorites – cook a big batch and use the leftovers as needed.  Dessert:  Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge.

Wed 29 Aug

Breakfast:  Keto Cheesy Egg & Spinach in a cup w/ Keto proof coffee.  Dinner:  Low Carb Pepperoni Pizza w/ Simple Spinach Salad.  This dough was a bitch to make, but now that I’ve made it and understand the process it will be a lot easier next time.  Dessert:  Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge.

Thur 30 Aug

Breakfast:  Keto Cheesy Egg & Spinach in a cup w/ Keto proof coffee.  Dinner:  Leftover Low Carb Pepperoni Pizza w/ Simple Spinach Salad.   Dessert:  Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge.

Fri 31 Aug

Breakfast:  Keto Cheesy Egg & Spinach in a cup w/ Keto proof coffee.  Dinner:  Leftover Low Carb Pepperoni Pizza w/ Simple Spinach Salad.   Dessert:  Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge.

And there you have it ladies and gentlemen.  Another week in the books.
