Challenge – Day 13

Looks like we survived Day 13.  We did have a little hunger in the evening but nothing really troubling for our resistance.

We continue with the Ketoproof Coffee for breakfast, the Omnivore Burger (that we had leftover) w/ Simple Spinach Salad and for dinner we had Bacon Mozzarella Meatballs w/ Roasted Pecan Green Beans.

Challenge – Day 12

This was a pretty good day.  We seem to have hit our stride with the Ketoproof Coffee and don’t have any issues with the flavor profile we’ve created.  So drinking it is becoming just another part of the routine.

We did cook some almond buns for our sliders which ended up being super thin and difficult to slice in half, but we did it.  🙂

Challenge – Day 9

This was a busy day with a few temptations looming around the house.  It was my grandson’s 6th birthday so we had some sweets and chips etc. floating around that were pretty tempting.  But we held strong and didn’t slip an iota.

I even grilled the hamburgers and hot dogs for everyone while maintaining my grip on Keto.  🙂

Challenge – Day 8

We had a pretty busy Saturday with some errands that kept us out until 1 pm.  Then it was a bit of a scramble to get lunch done in time to have it settle before getting our dinner eaten prior to seeing Nothing More in concert that evening.

I almost felt like I had stuffed myself because lunch and dinner were within 4 hours of each other.
